LARA Grace Ilori : Co-founder
Lara Grace Ilori is an actor, writer, and event producer from South London, of Nigerian heritage. With over six years of freelance and contracted experience in the creative industries and charitable sector, Lara has collaborated with artists across Europe, the USA, and Nigeria. While co-founding I L X I A H, Lara trained in event production at 198 Contemporary Arts and Learning, where she went on to co-produce the gallery’s networking event, 198 CONNECT. The sold-out event, which welcomed over 100 attendees, inspired her to expand her skills further, leading to her role as Festival Producer at Theatre Peckham in 2024. Lara combines her RADA BA Acting training with her MSc in Social and Cultural Anthropology from UCL to create poems and scripts that explore her lived experiences and those of her surrounding communities. Most recently, she wrote and performed her three-night sold-out run of Runner Girl at Camden Fringe. She is currently developing two full-length plays with mentorship from writer Yomi Sode, through writing programmes at Soho Theatre and Royal Court Theatre.

CALEB OBEDIAH : CO-FOUNDER
Caleb Obediah, a versatile artist, navigates the worlds of acting, music, and creative production. Best known for portraying Lord Cho in Netflix's Bridgerton, he is a RADA-trained actor. Beyond the stage and screen, he contributes to humanitarian theatre with Wind-Up Penguin in the world, impacting the lives of children in need. In addition to his acting pursuits, Caleb co-produces the cherished event A Night with Caleb and Lara, showcasing the musical and spoken word talents of the community. Caleb also delves into podcasting, singing, and music production, currently crafting his own EP. Caleb Obediah's artistic journey extends beyond performance, reflecting a passion for enriching lives through diverse creative expressions.
